YEAR 5 UNIVERSITY EXCURSION

On 9th of June we went to the USC Campus in Gympie. It was a really fun experience getting to have a look at all the cool careers we could study and become as adults! There were many other schools there and it was a bit busy but we all managed to stay together and have fun. We broke up into three groups- the Crocodiles, Dingoes and Echidnas. How cool is this- we even got group badges! We then went and had a look at Nursing, Hairdressing, Cooking, RSPCA, Police- who set up an amazing obstacle course- and many more amazing careers! We would like to thank all the amazing staff who went out of their way to organise this fun and important morning. We all had the best time and have now got an idea about our career in the future!
